Telephone Reassurance Program

Volunteers call people, such as seniors and those with disabilites who are looking for conversation, companionship, and someone to check with them on their general well-being. Calls are made daily or once a week.

Department of Human Services

Volunteers are provided to the Department of Human Services to fulfill their clerical needs. Volunteers assist in filing, shredding, and performing various office tasks.

Helpline

Project Concern operates the 2-1-1 helpline 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Volunteers receive extensive training and are asked to commit to a six hour shift on nights and weekends. Calls can be received at the volunteer's home.

Volunteer Database

An updated database of volunteer opportunities in the area is maintained by Project Concern staff. Contact information and volunteer opportunities are updated on an annual basis.
